The Shoot Process

Planning
We will hop on a call or have a coffee so we can scope the project and plan it. After our consultation I will create a proposal that caters to your brand, with a plan of action, and a vision for the shoot.

Shooting
Once you approve the proposal, sign a contract, and pay a deposit, we book a date and our shoot will take place in Bali. Get ready for a day of YOU.

Delivery
After the shoot you will receive an online gallery to make your final selection for editing. For videos, you get 2 rounds of revisions. When editing is done, you will receive your files in high-res ready to use.

It includes one location, up to 3 changes, and 20 photos for Web and socials use.

Why should I work with you?
Because of my years of experience capturing commercial and editorial content for brands, I have processes and systems in place that make it easier than ever for you to get incredible on-brand images. I believe that transparency and communication are key to positive brand-creator relationships. That’s why I take all the guess-work out of working with a professional photographer by openly sharing my process with all of my clients. I want you to feel secure in your knowledge of exactly what you can expect from me at every step of the creation.
What if I don't like the photos?
In ten years of taking photos, I have never encountered this issue. That's because I take through care to listen to my client's needs, and make sure we sign off on all details of the shoot prior to the day of the production. You will usually receive a gallery for selection containing at least double, if not triple the ammount of images you are meant to select for finals, so you will have plenty to chose from. But if for some reason I missed it, or we didn’t quite get what you needed, I will absolutely re-shoot until we get it right.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
Bali can be temperamental, specially during rainy season. That’s why there are no fees for postponing or re-scheduling a shoot. I will make sure the shoot will happen no matter what, I will absorb the timing and scheduling issues until our weather clears up for shooting.
What if I want something different than your packages offer?
Anything you need! My packages are based on the most popular services clients usually ask for, but we can make a custom package just for you to fit your exact needs. I have a list of add-ons and extras to get an idea of all the possibilities available to you.
How long does the whole process take?
We work pretty fast! For the most part, the timing will depend on the planning process and your availability. For you to get an idea what the process looks like, here is a rough timeline and sequence of events:
1. Book an online or in person consultation call to discuss your creative vision, including: desired use of the photos, style and feel, location options, etc.
2. Fill out a quick, detailed questionnaire about your brand
3. Receive written proposal with ALL shoot details. *Once contract is signed, a retainer payment is sent to secure my time and services
4. Photoshoot day
5. Full payment due
6. Receive an online gallery to make your selection for editing
7. Your final image get edited and delivered to you within 14 days of your selection
8. If we make a video, your first cut is delivered within 21 days of filming
